ま	まっちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入し一年経過しましたが、大満足しています。当時、大手ハウスメーカーを何件も見ましたが、営業から掛かってくる電話がしんどくて家買うのが嫌になりました。「この土地もう売れたら二度と出てこないですよ！今契約しないと値段が上がります！」幸せな話なのに、どんどんしんどくなりました。そんな時、たまたま訪れた明石のオープンハウスを見に行き、謀営業マンさんと話し、土地と建物の間取りを何回も書いて貰いました。「ここの土地、あんまり良くないから止めときましょう。あなた達の希望とはズレてるし、老後この土地はしんどいよ。」と、しっかりとノーを突き付けてくれました。契約数しか見てなく、お客をただの金づると思っている他のハウスメーカーとはここは違うと思いました。（主観です。）この会社は土地開発と、建築を併せてやっているので、不動産屋で出てない土地があります。同じ値段帯の家でも、床材からドア、窓、トイレまで他と違い良いものを使ってあります。どのメーカーも、人の好みで評価は違うでしょうが、私にとって最高の家を建ててくれました。売りっぱなしでなくアフターも良いです。いくらでも語れるくらい感謝しております。 It's been a year since I bought it, and I'm very satisfied. I think this is different from other house makers who only look at the number of contracts and think that customers are just making money. (Subjective.) This company is doing land development and construction at the same time, so there are some lands that are not available at real estate agents. Even in houses of the same price range, we use different flooring materials, doors, windows, and toilets. Every manufacturer has built the best house for me, although it may be rated differently depending on people's tastes. After-sales is good as well as being sold. I am so grateful that I can talk as much as I can.
