Y	Yoko Foodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シフォンケーキ専門店！かなりビッグなサイズのシフォンがホールで並んでいますが、ワンカットから買えます。生クリームで覆ったあと、フルーツのソースやチョコレートがかけてあるつくりで、とっても美味しいです。ついあれもこれもたべたくなってしまいます。店内はヨーロピアンでラブリーなテイスト。イートインもできるようです。図書館に行く途中にあるので、前後のカフェ利用にもおすすめです。 Chiffon cake specialty store! 5	55kazuharu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都立大学駅にある柿の木坂シフォン。その名の通りシフォンケーキ専門店。都立大駅から伸びる柿の木坂を歩いて行くと可愛らしいお店があります。店内はロイヤルコペンハーゲンなどの有名テーブルウェアの小物が飾られておりとてもオシャレ。ショーケースには常時10種類程度のシフォンケーキがあります。この日は少し遅めだったので売り切れも多く。夏限定のサクランボとクリームチーズのシフォンがあったのでアイスティーと合わせていただきました。合わせて1,100円です。こちらのシフォンは添加物保存料など一切使わない自然派。グリオットチェリーの酸味と甘味、クリームチーズのコクとよく合います！チーズケーキでこの組み合わせはありますがシフォンケーキでは初めて。ふわふわ過ぎずでも柔らかくて低反発的な食感はくせになります。使ってる食器もウェッジウッド。味だけじゃなく雰囲気も出ますね！これはお祝いなどにホールで買ってお届けしたら喜ばれるだろうな！見た目も味も良いとても素敵なシフォンケーキ。オシャレなお店の中でいただくのは気分転換にもなります！ Kakinokizaka Chiffon at Toritsu University Station. I actually messaged them on instagram, their daughter runs their page. She speaks english and was super helpful. She helped me order a birthday cake and arranged for me to pick up. Cash only. They have a few tables if you want to enjoy some coffee and tea with a slice of cake.

Upon hearing that we went out of our way to check out their shop, the two owners were so happy and grateful that they gave us complimentary ice cream on the side. The chiffon cakes were moist and delicious. We had a great time.
