回目、季節のマングーは言葉でで表現できないほど、おいしかったです。ドゥシェスはが濃厚でチョコレートの巨匠ピエールさんよりおいしい。ピスタチオのケーキもおいしかったけど甘さはもうちょっとだけ抑えたら100点です。フランドルも美味しかったです。

駒沢公園の帰りに来訪しました！
6種のケーキを購入しました。
どれもとてもとても甘い。
バランスが悪いと言うよりチョコレートムースやホワイトチョコのムースなどは他の層の味をかき消すくらいに甘くて何が入っているのか分かりにくかったです。
チョコのテンパリングが上手くいって無いようで 飾りのチョコは端を指先で掴むと崩れます。
期待値が高いだけに残念でした。

この日はイートインでキッシュのランチと洋梨のタルト「レクチエ 」をセレクト。
キッシュは生地のバターの風味高く美味しいし、サラダも山盛り、ドレッシングも酸味が程よく美味しい。
「レクチエ」に使用している洋梨は新潟産らしいんだけど初体験の美味しさ✨
一般的な梨や洋梨ともまた全然違っててきめ細かくて、どこか桃のよう。
合わせてある生クリームも軽く、中のカスタードも卵感が強すぎず、何より肝心のタルト生地がめちゃ美味しい。
お友達にひと口いただいたチョコタルト「アヴィニョン」は濃厚なのにフランボワーズなどを使っているから？軽くてチョコ好きにはたまらない。
名物のマドレーヌと、何気にめちゃくちゃ美味しそうだったクロワッサンとパンオショコラ、季節のシュトレンはテイクアウト。
マドレーヌとクロワッサンはリベイクして食べたら外側カリカリで中はバターでしっとり。
またお伺いして他のものもいただきたい。

パンも種類が豊富でした。
キャラメルブリオッシュが美味しいです。
接客も丁寧ですがテキパキとしていて、良かったと思います。

消毒と体温計測もあるし、食後マスクなしで話してる人には「マスクを」って声かけもしていたし、安心。
次は、ランチとか、パンにチャレンジしたい。

良く合いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had croissant set for breakfast. Only coffee or tea to choose for breakfast set menu. You order a la carte cafe au lait and they will charge more. I will take out croissant next time and fix cafe au lait at home. Pastry and bakery are fair and pricey.
