★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆豆腐丼。非常に豆板醬が前に出た味。痺れも辛味も「普通」でかなり辛いので、自信のある人しか辛めや激辛はおすすめしません。私は上海で食べた麻婆豆腐になんか似てる気がしました。特に痺れが効いて香りよく、美味しかったです。この感じは、旨味は化調任せで麻辣で食べさせる。大陸の中華料理に忠実な味と言うべきかも。ディスっているわけじゃなくて、中国に行って食べた感じなんです。実際、中国の方が頑張って作ってます。私は全然それで良いです。たまにこういうのが食べたくなるし^ ^ なんか嬉しいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ らーめん屋「虹の屋」さんのあった場所に居抜きで新しい四川料理のお店?がオープンしたので来店しました。店長さんらしき中国の方が先週オープン(来店日は2018-04-08)したと言っていました。伺った時間が土曜日閉店間際の為かご飯が無く仕方なく汁無し担々麺¥680-を頂きました。話し好きの店員さんで色々話しかけて来るのでおしゃべりの好きな方には嬉しいお店かもしれません。(来週からランチに大きい唐揚げをサービスで付けたい…もう少ししたら夜お酒を出したい…ラー油は自家製…中国からわざわざ買った来た秘伝の食材…出身地…等)なかなか楽しめるお店なのでお近くでご興味のある方は…
余談ですがピーナッツは皮を取り除いて半分にしただけなので箸で除け易くなっています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割とリーズナブルでまぁまぁ美味い。ボリュームもそれなり。ちなみに麺の下に茹でもやしが入ってます。チョイ飲みにも使える感じだけど、サーバーを丁寧に清掃してないのかビールは少し酸っぱかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板の写真が美味しそうだったので初訪問。汁無しとミニ麻婆丼の1000円をチョイス。
ところが看板と違い、汁無し担々麺も麻婆豆腐もイマイチ? 汁無しの麺はもっちりして旨いけれど具が寂しい。
麻婆豆腐に至ってはイマサンどころかマイナスだね。レトルトで私が作った方が全然美味しい? 化調だけがやたら強く濃く、辛みや痺れもほとんど無し。やはり雲林坊まで足を運ぶべきだった(笑)

麻婆豆腐丼より担々麺や汁なし担々麺が有名なようですが、あえて麻婆豆腐丼を頂きました。
辛さ・痺れが指定できるので、一番辛い 激辛め・激痺れ でお願いしましたが、そんなに激辛という訳ではありませんでした。
多量の辣油と仕上げの花椒粉の量が辛さ・痺れのレベルを決めているような感じで、かなり 辣油の海 になっていました。花椒の香りは良いのですが、、、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日11時半ごろ訪問しました。先客は1名のみカウンターのみのお店でいちばん端に陣取りました。本番成都の担々麺を注文、と言っても外の券売機で購入し入店するスタイルです。辛さと痺れが調節出来るらしく、辛さは普通、痺れは「痺れ」を選択しました。客が少なかった事もあり5分程で着ラー、以前中国在住だった私にとっては懐かしい味です。辛さは普通にしましたが普段辛いものを食べない人には十分な辛さです。山椒の痺れ感が最初の一口から最後まであり、四川で食べた事は無いものの中国のラーメンを思い出す味でした。中国から帰ってきて痺れ感のある辛い食べ物に飢えている方々には最適な店だと思います。
