■鶏カツ、鰆の味噌漬け添え 1,000円(税込) 緊急事態宣言の影響で1/18~ランチを始められたと聞いて早速訪問してきましたよ? 2020年の【食べログbronze】にも選出された割烹のお店ですね。 旬の食材を活かした趣向を凝らした料理や月替わりの酒肴などがリーズナブルな価格でいただけるのも嬉しいよね♪ ランチは日替わりで本日は『鶏カツ、鰆の味噌漬け』。 メインだけかと思ったら三連小鉢まで付いててテンション上がるわ~⤴️ その真ん中の物体は何やろ…恐る恐る食べてみると滑らかな口当たりでふわっと香るのはなんとカニ味噌? カニ味噌のポテサラやんか! ランチでこんなもん食べられるとは予想外やで。 鶏カツは衣薄めでサクッとカラッも揚がっていて旨いな! しかもメニューには書いてない 豪華なエビフライまであるのはスゴすぎ? 鰆の味噌漬けもいいお味でしたよ♪?その鰆の下にあるのは何やろか!? 食べてみたら里芋のような感じやったけど、聞いたら海老芋なんやと!? ご飯は契約農家のコシヒカリを使われていて艶やかで甘みが美味しいな(๑•̀∀- ) そのご飯の上には刻んだ大葉をまぶしたちりめん山椒も乗っててめちゃ旨やし! しかもご飯お代わりできるってめちゃくちゃ嬉しいやん? 緊急事態宣言が終わるまではランチを続けられるようなことは言ってたけど、延長したらランチも延長する可能性あるよね。 期間限定やし気になる方は早めに行かれることをオススメします!

きれいなお料理ばかりでした。 季節の素材を見れて選べたり、ほかの方の注文の様子も感じることができ、ゆでたて揚げたてがすぐ目の前から来たりと、カウンターでいただく良さをしっかり味わえました。京野菜・魚・牛肉も選べて良かった。鯖寿司は、分厚くてふんわり少し桜の香りがしました。 このかんじのお料理には、やっぱり日本酒が合います。 全部おいしかったですが、締めの釜揚げしらすの土鍋ご飯がとても美味しかったです。 あとかわいい千鳥柄の手ぬぐいを持って帰れるのがうれしかったです。

6年ほど前から京都に行くたびにお伺いしています。 むろまちさんは提供されるお食事と価格のバランスが抜群だと思います。一見さんもとても大切にされていますが、常連さん達にお店を守っていただく文化の京都らしいお店です。なので何度も行けば行くほど心地よくなりますよ。
I have been visiting every time I go to Kyoto for about 6 years. I think Muromachi has an excellent balance between the food offered and the price. At first glance, Mr. Atsushi is also very important, but it is a Kyoto-like store with a culture that regulars protect the store. So the more you go, the more comfortable you will be.

予約時に八寸だけ注文し、その他の品はアラカルトとなり、決められた時間に一斉に注文をスタートするスタイルです。定番メニュー以外は、その日のお勧めの食材と共に紹介をされますが、幾らなのかは明かされません。調理はカウンター越しに行われるのでライブ感があります。独特なスタイルではあるものの、内容的には、質もそれなりに良いけど、値段も良い居酒屋と云えるかと思います。およそ1人1万円程度のお会計のイメージなので、独特なスタイルを加味しないと割高に感じてしまうかもしれません。

One of the best izakaya I ever been after living in japan for 8 years! Super friendly and interesting chef. Def recommend to have their seasonal fish/ veg, crab bread and egg roll.

This Japanese restaurant receives high reviews, and it actually does serve some good food but personally I would not return. Many authentic restaurants serve ama-dai (tilefish). Here, it is brought out of freezer, vacuum packed, and is defrosted with running water. The assignment of skewers was given to a junior cook but he had great difficulties with it -- regrettable sight. Because of its "open kitchen" structure you can see the actions right in front of you.
