山	山田智一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくて木の香り。コワーキングスペースとして、ドロップインしてみました。まだまだ内装をブラッシュアップ中との事。基本は、数名で作業できるシェアオフィススペースで、ドロップインなら、それ以外の場所が使えて、当然Wi-Fi完備。クリエイターの方も、便利でしょうね。 1時間300円、マックス1500円で、9:00〜20:00で使え、二階の喫茶も役立ちます。利用料後払い制なので、出入時に精算が必要なので、こもるつもりで入るのがオススメ。 Fresh and woody scent. I dropped it in as a coworking space. It is said that the interior is still being brushed up. Basically, it's a shared office space where a few people can work, and if it's a drop-in, you can use other places, and of course Wi-Fi is available. It would be useful for creators as well. It costs 300 yen for an hour and 1500 yen for a maximum, and can be used from 9:00 to 20:00, and the teahouse on the second floor is also useful. It's a post-payment system, so you'll need to pay when you go in and out.

大	大八木慎一郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーご自身のお仕事＆子育て・ご家族との時間の過ごし方への願いが込められた優しい空間です。床や壁についてはDIY感のあふれる作りだが、室内などは入居者による改造を歓迎しDIY的な楽しみを味わって欲しいとのこと。立地のわりにたいへん閑静な地域にあり、窓の外から雑音が入る環境ではないために落ち着いて仕事ができるオフィススペースです。隣は図書館・福祉会館で1Fは保育所ですが昼間の騒音は感じません。すぐ後背には修徳公園。公園はわりと広く、緑は少ないけれど、ベンチなどが複数あり、ノートパソコンを持ち出して仕事をして良いと思います。ビルのオーナー社長が2Fでカフェを開いており、ランチも出しておられます。カフェにはテーブルのほかに小上がり・ちゃぶ台あり。入居オフィスのメンバーは、ランチタイムを避ければ、この2Fのカフェエリアで仕事・打ち合わせ等を行っても良いそうです。3F・4Fは、部屋の壁の上部に隙間のあるブースのスタイル。5Fは壁が天井まである個室スタイルで、エアコンも各室にあります。今後は、入居者が増えるにしたがって、入居者同士の交流会や、市内で似たレンタルオフィス・コワーキングスペースの入居者との共同の交流会など、人的交流に力を入れたいそうです。 It is a gentle space where the owner's own work, parenting and wishes for spending time with family are put. The 3rd and 4th floors have a booth style with a gap above the walls of the room. n	nyam nyam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ利用しました。コワーキングスペース併設のおしゃれカフェ。外観はモルタルとガラス張り、緑繁るファザード。シンプルでミニマルでありながらも、遊び心のあるデザインの店内。奥行きがある建物を生かして、視線が抜けるようになっていたり、入口から会計して店内に入る導線はすっきりしていて迷いがないので、ビジネスパーソン・ワーカーさんにぴったり。そんな仕事人に配慮された造りでありながらも、なんと子育てママパパにもやさしい！授乳室・カーペットのある小上がり付きです。いつもは定食らしいのですが、本日は特別メニューということでココナッツカレーでした。今の状況と、健康を考えてのことだそうです。社会情勢に合わせてメニューを臨機応変に変えていく積極的な運営が素敵だと思いました。ココナッツカレーはあまいのかな？と思いきや大人の味。まったりしたコクと柔らかいもも肉が美味しかったです。写真撮影のOKはいただいたものの、他のお客様にご配慮くださいとのことで店内はあまり撮れずでしたがよかったら参考に見てみてくださいね。開業してからまだ新しいお店ですが負けずになんとか荒波を乗り越えてほしいです、ごちそうさまでした！ I used lunch. Whenever I come to Kyoto i come here for the co-working space but I also recommend this for a coffee break if you are a tourist. Should you be around for lunch, stop by, it's super tasty!
