★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エクスタホームの中川さんに対応していただきましたが、対応が丁寧で細かなところまで調べてくださりました。駐車場を探すために車を降りて探してくださったり、入居されているお宅にも見させてもらえないか聞いてくださったりととても素晴らしいと感じました。物件も条件に合う所から良いところ悪いところなど丁寧に教えてくださいました。
Mr. Nakagawa of Ecstahome responded, but the response was polite and detailed. I felt it was wonderful to get out of the car to find a parking lot and ask if I could see it at my house. He kindly told me the good and bad points of the property from the place that meets the conditions.

仕事が早く柔軟な対応でとても助かりました！！まさに少人数精鋭な会社だと感じました‼️
冷蔵庫の寸法を計ったのですが計ったメモを間違って捨ててしまって常識的に前日にお電話して物件をみたいと言っておくべきだったのですが忘れてしまい。それでも契約の時に当日に言っても嫌顔せず対応していただきとても有りがたかったです。
後、なかなか難しい家賃だったのですがいい物件を探して頂けて助かりました‼️
他に良い点は、駅近くで歩いて5分～10分ほどで着くので迷わずいけました。
引っ越しの時もミツバチ引っ越し業者さんを紹介して頂きそちらも大手より安く柔軟な対応で接客もとても誠実で助かりました‼️
今後引っ越し後色々面倒事があると思いますが後の対応もしっかりしてると安心を感じられました‼️

I measured the size of the refrigerator, but I accidentally discarded the measured memo and I should have called the day before and said that I would like to see the property, but I forgot. Even so, I was very grateful that I did not dislike it even if I said it on the day of the contract.
After that, it was quite difficult rent, but it was helpful to find a good property! ️
Another good point is that I could walk near the station in about 5 to 10 minutes, so I didn't get lost.
Even when I moved, I was introduced to a honeybee moving company, which was cheaper and more flexible than the major companies, and the customer service was very sincere and helpful! ️
I think that there will be various troubles after moving in the future, but I felt relieved if the correspondence afterwards was solid! ️

土地勘もないので色々質問しても親切に教えてもらい、車で学校やスーパーの場所をまわってもらいとても助かりました。
店舗も綺麗で事務の方もいいかたでした。
