貸主様に賃貸借契約の保証会社を外すのをご了解いただいて契約更新をさせて頂きましたが、入居者様の賃料滞納等が無いにも関わらず、次回の契約更新時に再び保証会社を付けて欲しい、また賃料の増額を希望されましたが、弊社といたしましては、入居者様の不利益になりますので、更新の手続きをお断りさせていただきました。
管理に関しては本件の貸主様と管理契約は結んでおりませんでしたが、入居者様からのご要望、苦情などは無償でお引き受けさせて頂いておりました。
また弊社代表は、病気ではございません。

I consented to the owner to remove the guarantee company of the lease contract and renewed the contract, but despite the fact that the rent of the resident is not overdue, the guarantee company will be attached again at the next contract renewal. I wanted you to increase the rent, but we refused the renewal procedure because it will be a disadvantage for the resident for us.
Regarding management, we did not have a management contract with the lender in this case, but we will accept requests and complaints from the tenants free of charge.
