★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 借家の入居前に「隣人での騒音がある場合何時でも相談に乗る」と言われて安心してましたが…入居半年後に深夜過ぎの騒音（特に壁越しから聞こえる通話声）に関しての相談を此方にしましたが「隣人同士での問題は当方承れない」と電話を一方に切られました。信頼していた分,ショックは大きいです。他の方も騒音に関する問い合わせは自粛した方がいいです。

After six months of moving in, I would like to consult about noise after midnight (especially the voice that can be heard through the wall). However, he called me to the other side, saying, “I can't accept problems with neighbors.” The shock is great because of the trust. 利用した者です。
ウェブサイトなどに自分が退去した長岡天神駅徒歩1分の物件が再度掲載されてますけど、去年自分が閲覧した時もですが掲載内容と異なる内容の物件でした。角部屋でも隣との壁が薄く上の階にマンションのオーナーが住んでると掲載もされておらず。尚且つ目の前が線路…5万近くで駅近くなので仕方がないけど、掲載内容が不十分だったので騙された感が非常に高く今年同時期に退去しました。駅近くの物件はなんらかの理由もあるので自分の文面が役立てれば幸いです。

In addition, there is a railroad track in front of me...it's close to the station because it's close to 50,000, but I couldn't help but because the content wasn't enough, I felt very fooled and left the same time this year.
