★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小諸城を見に行き、特に下調べもなく昼食のために入店。天ぷら定食をいただきました。素晴らしい味、雰囲気でした。良い旅の想い出になりました。
 I went to see Komoro Castle, and entered for lunch without any special learning. I received a tempura set menu. It was a wonderful taste and atmosphere. It became a memento of a good trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに天麩羅定食を頂きました。茶碗蒸しがついてきて、目の前で揚げたての美味しい天麩羅を堪能しました。今日は牡蠣、ハゼ、海老、キス、玉ねぎ、蓮根、ピーマンの天麩羅にアラ汁。亡き母もお気に入りだったお店で、いつ伺ってもとても美味しいです。
I had a tempura set meal for lunch. It came with chawanmushi and I enjoyed the delicious freshly fried tempura in front of me. Today we have oysters, gobies, shrimp, kisses, onions, lotus roots, green pepper tempura and ara soup. My deceased mother also liked this restaurant, and it's always delicious.

目の前で調理するのが見れて 天ぷらを揚げる音を聞きながら食べる揚げたての天ぷら 私好みの衣の付き具合といいサイコーでした
I had lunch at the counter
You can see the cooking in front of you and eat while listening to the sound of frying the tempura. The freshly fried tempura was nice with my favorite batter.

今回はランチでしたが、今度は夜お酒をのみながら美味しい天婦羅を頂きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に手軽に目の前であげてくれるサクサクの天ぷらをいただけます。
隣で食べていたトンカツもおいしそうでした。
夕方からの営業時間に訪れる常連の知人によると、すしや刺身もかなりおいしいとのことで、好みを伝えて予約をするとびっくりするほどおいしい和食のメニューがいただけるそうです。
次回は刺身定食か豚カツ定食を頼もうと思いました。
いずれにせよ、ちょっと良いことがあった日のランチなどに是非。
満足度最高です。

懐さんの常連の方に教えられ、予約限定のうな重をいただきました。
小諸駅前の「割烹 懐」さん。
良い鰻を仕入れてさばき、蒸し、店主自慢のタレで付けて焼いてを繰り返して、香ばしい香りが店内に充満すると、お重に乗って登場。
程良い甘辛のタレは、これまた程良く脂ののった鰻の身の香りとマッチして香ばしく、鰻食べてます感がしっかり。某店の甘いだけのタレとは違って、これなら食べたい。
次回は白焼き頼んでみようかな。

"Kai-bo" in front of Komoro station.
When the store is filled with a fragrant scent, it appears on a heavy basis by repeatedly purchasing good eel, handling it, steaming it, adding it with the sauce that the owner is proud of, and baking it.
The moderately sweet and spicy sauce matches the aroma of the eel, which is also moderately greasy, and is fragrant, giving you a strong feeling of eating eel. Unlike the sweet sauce at a certain store, I want to eat this.
Next time I'll ask for Shiroyaki.
