★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の夕方、小諸ホルモン千年の宴へ、"開店と同時"に入店。
実は前日にネット予約したんですが、店舗側で承認しないと予約完了にならないらしく、最後までネット予約は完了せず。
お店から予約確認の電話が来ましたけど、ネット予約の意味あるの？
さて、店内へ一番乗り♪
なので誰もいないはずだけれど…
①店員さん呼んでもすぐ来ない。
②飲み物を注文後、一人分足りないことを伝えるも届かず(結局二回要求)
③焼き用のコンロは手動式のガスボンベ。２つのうち、一つがどうにも点火せず、チャッカマンを頼むもいつまでも届かず(これも二回要求)
④食べ放題と飲み放題にしたため、メニューの数々を頼みましたが、提供されるまでに時間がかかるため、最後には何を頼んで何が届かないのかわからなくなっちゃいました(・・;)
店内が混みあったらどうなるんだろう？
明らかにスタッフが足りないんだろうけど、そんなのはお客側が感知するところじゃないしね・・・
この手のお店で、こういうサービスされるといつも思うんだけど。
こんなサービス自分が受けたいかね？まあオーナーの意向とかで人数を削られてるんだろうね。スタッフさんに文句を言うだけムダだけど
店内で提供されるお料理の数々、品質などに問題はなく非常に残念でした。
コリコリ(お肉)、美味しかったなぁ 笑
けれど、二度と行かない(家族全員の総意で)。
お腹は一杯になったけれど、サービスが残念なので☆２つ☆です。

④ Because I had all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink, I asked for a number of menus, but since it took time to be served, I could not understand what I asked for and what did not arrive at the end (・ ・;)
What if the store is crowded?
Obviously there aren't enough staff, but that's not something the customer perceives ...
I always think that this kind of store will offer this kind of service.

It was very disappointing that there were no problems with the quality and quality of the dishes offered in the store.
