★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形の蕎麦ってショートパスタみたいに短いのか？
半分は普通の長さだが、残りはぷっつり切れたものばかり。
味は特筆する印象は無いが、不味い訳でない。
細切れの蕎麦が合わないので★2ということで…
3オペだがオーダーしてからは時間がかかる。
お通しが一番うまかった（笑）

2019年1月に山形県の真ん中あたりにある
小さな町「河北町」のアンテナショップがオープンし、2階にレストランもあります。
このレストラン、山形出身の友達から教えてもらい、仕事終わりに食べに行きました。
１階のアンテナショップは閉店している時間でしたが、階段を上がったレストランは営業しています。ラストオーダーは23時、閉店は24時だそうです。
山形は河北町の食材を中心にフランスの家庭料理にアレンジされて、山形の美味しいモノが食べられ呑めます。ソムリエがいます。
店内は広々した空間で、アットホームな雰囲気で居心地が良かったです。
山形というとお米の「つや姫」ですが、その酒米で作った日本酒や、食事に合う甘くないオリジナルロゼワインは、山形牛の料理にピッタリで美味しかったです。
〆には河北町の名物「肉そば」。鶏出汁ベースの醤油味で東北地方なのに流行りの鶏油からか？ちょっと甘めで優しく素朴な一品でした。
次は、仲間を誘ってコース料理を食べに来ようと思います。

I was told by a friend from this restaurant, Yamagata, and I went to eat at the end of work.
The antenna shop on the first floor was closed, but the restaurant on the stairs is open. Last order is at 23:00 and closing is at 24:00.
Yamagata is arranged to French home cooking centering on ingredients of Hebeicho, and delicious Yamagata is eaten and fried. There is a sommelier.
The store was spacious and cozy with a homely atmosphere.
Yamagata's rice "Tsuyahime" is, but sake made with sake rice and original unrefined rose wine that suits the meal were delicious and perfect for Yamagata beef dishes.
At the base of the restaurant is the meat-like soba noodles of Kawakita-cho. Is it from chicken oil based chicken oil-based soy sauce flavor that is popular in the Tohoku region? It was a little sweet and gentle rustic dish.
Next, I will invite my friends to come and eat the course food.

芋煮の周りに豚バラがぐるっと巻かれていて新感覚肉団子のような食感で美味しかったです。
アッチェパルマンティエ
グラタン風味でこれも美味！
肉汁メンチカツ
サクサク生地の中にジュワーとマッシュポテトが入ってます！ 美味しい！
冷たい肉そば
写真よりもお肉の枚数が少なめかなー。とは思いましたが、風味の効いたいいお蕎麦でした！

濃い味わいでかすかな甘味に苦味もある緑茶割のお酒ですが、これが本当に美味！
もう何杯でも飲めそうな感じで何度のお変わりしちゃいました。
野菜は河北町のイタリア野菜。
そして、お肉は山形のチャンピオン牛を使った千日和牛をつかっています。
この千日和牛のハンバーグとステーキはもちろん美味しいお肉です。
付け合せの野菜も美味ししい、シチューも非常に美味いです。
何を食べても素材も素晴らしいし調理方法も素晴らしいので満足なのですが、特に美味しかったのが河北町の名物という冷たい肉そばです。
様々な出汁の味わいがミックスされて、複雑味のある旨味が感じられるスープと麺がめちゃくちゃ相性が良くてとても美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三軒茶屋駅から246を駒沢方面に5分弱。ディスカウントストアPICASOの少し手前に有ります。1階は山形県のアンテナショップで日本酒やお米、雑貨などが販売されています。その店内の階段から2階に上がると此方のお店は有ります。トイレは店内奥に男女兼用が有ります。
山形県内の地酒が豊富に取り揃えてあり、1合880円くらいから楽しめます。蕎麦も冷たいもの暖かいもの取り揃えてあり、日本酒の肴となるメニューもわりと揃っています。

I got the meat plate and it was very good. Honestly I was very surprised.
They also gave us a taste of some new year 日本酒 which was very sweet and nice. Can’t wait to go again
