The staff were kind to me, and the craftsmen in charge were very polite, so I was able to enjoy the production even if I was clumsy. I don't usually wear a ring, but I was happy to have very good memories. thank you!

Mr. Shindo, who was in charge of the day, and the staff were very friendly, and the process was easy to understand and kind. Of course, I was very satisfied with the finish, and we were able to make only one wonderful ring in the world that each other wanted! !! I'm really glad I chose MITUBACI! Managed to make my own ring, from hammering to polishing (of course with the guidance of the craftsmen), my ring turned out to be exactly what I wanted!
