★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弁護士さんに対する不満でよく聞くのは、話をきちんと聞いてくれない、言った通りに動いてくれない、連絡がこない。などありますが、こちらの法律事務所の先生方はとにかく優秀で経験も豊富なのでそんな事は全くありません。自分はこちらの事務所を知り合いの弁護士さんに教えてもらいました。自分より優秀だからと。受付電話のお嬢さん方の対応も神対応です。オススメします。
 The most common complaints about lawyers are that they don't listen to their stories, they don't work as they say, and they don't get in touch. But there are no such things because the law firm teachers are excellent and experienced. I had a lawyer I knew about this office. Because it ’s better than me. 「離婚」と言えば、「別れ」を想定する方が多いと思いますが、私は「修復＝復縁」を選び、希望通りになりました。相談当初は「離婚したい」という想いで離婚調停を申し立て、話を進めていたのですが、子どものこと、妻自身を嫌いになったわけではなかったこと等から、「離婚する」、「修復したい」という相反する気持ちを繰り返し、その都度、大川先生に根気強くお話を聞いていいただき、方向性を示していただきました。
一方、離婚することも前提としてあったので、相手（妻）に対して相応の準備（証拠集め、主張等）もしっかりとしていただき、不安は全くありませんでした。勿論、話を進めるうえで、メリット・デメリット、強み・弱みもしっかりと伝えていただいたので、割り切る部分も意識できました。
また、大川先生とのやり取りも、今どきのツールを駆使していただき、事務所に頻繁に伺わなくても、大変密なコミュニケーションをとれたことが一番良かったです。またお世話になることは避けたいですが、何かありましたら是非相談したいと思っております。この度はありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 離婚調停に臨み、相手側が弁護士を立てたこともあり、京都で「離婚に強い弁護士」を探しておりました。
「京都、離婚」の検索で上位だったこともあり、WEBサイトにアクセスすると、わかりやすいページの中に、実績に裏打ちされた力強い・頼りがいのあるメッセージが掲載されていました。
まずは法律相談として法律事務所を訪問すると、とてもきれいな落ち着いた事務所で驚きました。担当いただいた大川先生は、とても物静かな優しい先生で、感情も時折入るわかりにくい私の説明にも嫌な顔を1つもされず、一つずつ、絡まった糸をほどくかのようにご提案をいただき、また、「依頼人にとって何がベストか」を常に意識されているようでした。
京都市内の離婚に強そうな事務所を他に2つ周りましたが、ご経験がない先生をご紹介する事務所（弁護士歴1年）、所帯が大きい割に縦割り感が否めない事務所もあり、やはり「人」によるものだと強く感じました。
私は、今後、正式に着手依頼をいたしますが、皆さんも、「困った際には相談だけでも気軽に」されることをお勧めします。後悔するより、まず行動を。
