y	y y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝い事があり予約しましたが、予約時に4名以上なら酒類提供不可との案内がなく、行ってから知らされて申し訳ない思いをしました。前日の確認電話などもなく、大変残念です。味はそれなりでしたが、接客面で残念な方が多かったです。もう行くことはないと思います。 I made a reservation because of a celebration, but at the time of reservation, there was no notice that alcoholic beverages could not be served if there were 4 or more people, so I was sorry to be informed after I went. e	etsuko m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい。落ち着いたお店。消毒など感染対策バッチリ。しかし、食事中にお隣の席で消毒液の噴霧を高い位置から多量にしだし、隣の席まで霧状のものが舞い、ただのアルコールではなくて換気扇の洗剤のような匂いで、食べていたものの香りが消え、多量の噴霧のものを吸い込み、ひゅーひゅーぜーぜー10分ほど呼吸困難となりました。ここで死ぬかと思いました。食品のアレルギーがあり、緊急時の薬を持っていたため、慌てて服用し、気道閉塞する前に薬が効きだし、事なきをえました。すみませんで済むものではなく、緊急搬送レベル。こちら、医療従事者で対応出来たが、恐怖。その後10分、同席していた娘が激しい頭痛と嘔気、めまい。消毒も大切だけど、人の命をもう少し考えて欲しい。美味しいけれど、とても残念。恐怖のお店なので、二度と行かないです。食事中に、突然顔に洗剤振りかけられたのと同じです。本当に残念。 delicious. Since the concept of Abeno Harukas is a reasonably-priced restaurant, it is better to think of it as a completely different space from the main store. あべのハルカス14階にある花外楼にお邪魔しました老舗のお店花外楼が、あべのハルカスに入りましたお店の外観は、老舗らしい落ち着いた雰囲気をイメージしていますが、店内に入るとお昼時ですのでガヤガヤとしています本店の花外楼さんとはまた雰囲気が異なるので、期待して入らない方がいいかも！接客、対応は不もなく可もない接客です案内された個室が、台所に近いこともあり忙しない感じと、バタバタとしているのがわかる雰囲気ですスタッフの、声も丸聞こえなので品のある雰囲気とは少しかけ離れた感じです。お料理は、変わったお料理が出てくるし味も美味しいですよ。花外楼あべのハルカスのコンセプトはリーズナブルにお料理を提供ということなので、本店とは全く別の空間だと思った方がいいお店です。
