ふっくらと柔らかく焼き上げられた鰻は絶品ですね。たれも美味しい!

2017.07.15 晚上七點多造訪,逛完近鐵阿倍野百貨,就到樓上的餐廳走走逛逛,大部分都要排隊,看到這間沒什麼人排隊,又突然想吃鰻魚飯就進來吃了。聽說這間東京本店在2010年入選了米其林一星!個人感覺鰻魚烤的蠻焦香,但醬汁淋的太少,也不是很濃郁,不過鰻魚泡飯不錯,整體來說CP值不算高

関東で訪れた銀座の竹葉亭で食べたひつまぶしが美味しかったので、懐かしいと思い入店。江戸時代から続いており、夏目漱石の文学にも出てくるような名店。 しかしどうやら、関東の本家竹葉亭と大阪の大阪竹葉亭は、元は同じ会社ですが、現在は全く別物のようです。東京竹葉亭というのもあるそうで、名古屋駅でも見かけた気がします。名古屋の東京竹葉亭では江戸前ひつまぶしか、名古屋ひつまぶしか選択可能。 正直大阪竹葉亭は残念というより他なかったです。そもそも個人的に江戸前ひつまぶしは蒸して柔らかくてタレもさっぱりしていて好きではなく、名古屋のカリッとしたタレも甘めのひつまぶしが好きです。この店舗では選べないようですね。

It seems that there is also Tokyo Takebatei, and I think I saw it at Nagoya Station. At Tokyo Takebatei in Nagoya, you can choose between Edomae Hitsumabushi and Nagoya Hitsumabushi. To be honest, Osaka Takebatei was nothing more than a shame. In the first place, I personally don't like Edomae Hitsumabushi because it's steamed and soft and the sauce is refreshing, and I like the crispy sauce in Nagoya as well as the sweet Hitsumabushi. It seems that you can't choose at this store.

お昼15時~17時は閉まっている(お昼休憩)しているお店が多い中、開いているのは助かります。ミニ懐石を食べましたが、鰻のお店なのに最後しか鰻が登場しなかったのが残業
Many shops are closed (lunch break) from 15:00 to 17:00, but it is helpful to have them open. I ate a mini kaiseki, but it was overtime that the eel only appeared at the end even though it was an eel shop.

うな丼は確かにうまい。でもうな丼で4千円は高い。気軽にランチで行ける値段では無い。4千円払ったらうな重食べれますよね。
Unadon is definitely good. Unadon is already expensive at 4,000 yen. It's not a price you can easily go for lunch. If you pay 4,000 yen, you can eat heavy food.

鰻丼特と肝焼きを頂きました。 タレは関西と関東の真ん中で甘過ぎず鰻本来のお味が判るイイ味付けだと思います。 訪れる度に思うのですが女性店員さんの接客がもう少しグレードアップして貰えたらイイなぁ〜と思います。
I had eel bowl special and liver grilled. I think the sauce is not too sweet in the middle of Kansai and Kanto, and it is a good seasoning that you can see the original taste of eel. I think every time I visit, I think it would be nice if the female clerk's customer service could be upgraded a little more.
