T	T S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/2 平日ランチで訪問。信号のある交差点角にあり駐車場へのアクセスはしやすく、数店舗の飲食店施設が併設されており平日は駐車場に余裕があり停めやすかったです。店内は良くある食券ではなく着席してからのオーダーのため、注文が決まらない方は焦らずにすみます。カウンター、テーブル席のほか、6名掛けの座敷席もあり、小さな子連れには良さそうです。 2022/2 Visited for lunch on weekdays. T	Takeshi Omura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都内から車で横浜の奥地まで行く用事があり出かけました。所用が終わってみれば、いつの間にか13時すぎ､､､焼肉きんぐさんと同じ敷地に熟成醤油を看板に掲げた店を発見、そして迷わず入店。『きゃべとんラーメン』さんです。都内、もしくは住まいのさいたま市界隈ではあまり見ない店舗なので興味津々です。オーダーはランチのセット、きゃべとんラーメンと鉄板チャーハンにしました。チャーハンは無料増量と書いてありましたが、丁寧にどうしますか？と聞かれたのでお願いしてしまいました。良心的というべきですが笑まずはチャーハンが運ばれてきました。鉄板に乗ったチャーハンに溶き卵をかけてセルフで混ぜ合わせるわけです。時間をおいてしまえば、自分のせいでふわふわタマゴではないチャーハンになるってことですね。そして程なく、ラーメンも到着。なかなかのボリューム感で背脂もちょうどいい具合にかかってます。さすがに熟成醤油というだけあって濃いめです。でも変に塩っ辛いようなことはなく、醤油の香ばしさが立つスープに仕上がってます。横浜界隈のチェーン店みたいですがなかなか優秀です。また機会があれば寄りたいです。 I went out because I had a business to go to the inner part of Yokohama by car from Tokyo. S	S R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼肉キングと同じ場所にあり駐車場も共用です。もしかすると建物の感じや看板の字体が焼肉きんぐと似ているので運営元は同じなのかもしれません。日曜日のお昼に利用しましたが、店内は満席、3組の待ちという混み具合でした。きゃべとんラーメンを注文しました。大きなチャーシューと独特のタレがかかった茹でキャベツが美味しいです。つい、替え玉まで頼んでしまいました。 It is in the same place as Yakiniku King and has a shared parking lot.
