★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 痛い所が有るので心配でしたが、整体の資格を持つトレーナーさんは凄く上手に補助してくれるので安心です。トレーニングはキツいけど頑張った後は、かなりスッキリします。パーソナルは効果出るのも早い気がしますし、年齢重ねても安全に続けられるのが嬉しいです。
元プロボクサーという事で、見た目ちょっと無愛想で怖そうな感じですが、実際はとても優しくて一生懸命指導して下さる本当に『いい人』です！
 I was worried because there was a pain, but I am relieved that the trainer who is qualified for manipulative treatment will assist me very well. Training is tough, but after working hard, it's pretty refreshing. I feel that personal is effective quickly, and I'm happy that I can continue to be safe even as I get older.
Being a former professional boxer, it looks a little unfriendly and scary, but in reality he is a really nice person who is very kind and teaches hard!
