トレーニングコーナーのバーベル、プレートの位置は遠く不親切で、手入れもされていない。
腹筋台は手作りで、使うたびに悲鳴を上げている。
全マシン汚れており、スタッフが掃除をするなどは皆無。
風呂場は狭苦しく、刑務所のよう。水風呂をあんなにデカくする必要あるのか？
The equipment is too sloppy.
The position of the barbell and plate in the training corner is far unfriendly and not well maintained.
The abs table is handmade and screams every time it is used.
All the machines are dirty and there is no staff cleaning.
The bathroom is narrow and like a prison. Is it necessary to make the water bath so big?

Free weights are also substantial and it seems to be satisfying! I think the gym is easy to get to by the staff!

The manners of the user are very good. Employees are well educated. It's a big difference from the light-selling gyms near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆうちょ銀行の場合自分で銀行の窓口が開いてる時間に登録しに行かねばなりません。ホットヨガがまったくホットではありません。多々残念な点が気になり、2ヶ月だけでやめました

それを補うスタッフの方の明るい対応や
パーソナルトレーニングにとても力を入れていて、会員さんの身体を一緒に変えていこう！という気持ちが強く、とても良い雰囲気でした✨

設備は器具が古く、スパも監獄的な作りが✖️
ジムエリアは地下一階ですが吹き抜けになっており狭さを幾らか緩和しています。
スタッフの対応も普通。
まあサクッと行きたい時に使うくらいで積極的にはいかないですね。
