とにかくスピーディーに答えてくださって(驚きましたがありがたい)知りたかったこと、どうすればいいかわからなかったことが分かり、すっきりしました。
金額を具体的にだして頂けたので検討しやすかったです。
メーカーのサポートに電話が繋がらず悩んでいたので色々助かりました。
I will omit the details, but when I talked about repairing the product over the phone the other day, I got a very quick and polite answer.
Anyway, I was refreshed to find out what I wanted to know (surprised but thankful) and I didn't know what to do.
It was easy to consider because I was able to specify the amount.
I was worried because I couldn't connect to the phone to support the manufacturer, so I was saved.

以前も男性店員にプリンターの型番持っていきインクを買いたいと言ったらプリンターすすめてきたり。インクのみでいいですって言ったらあっちです。っていなくなりました。
んで今日は電球ですよ。。
同じメーカーないから使えるか確認し、他のメーカーないのか聞いただけで不機嫌MAX。うちにはないからほか行けば？みたいな対応でした。

Check if it can be used because it is not the same manufacturer, and just ask if there is another manufacturer. I don't have one, so why not go elsewhere? It was a response like that.
