★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男子店員の対応は最高に良かった‼️しかしレジの小太り女性店員の対応が最低⤵️安心保証の説明無し。愛想悪い⤵️客のクレジットカードの取り扱いが乱雑⤵️おまけに息がタバコ臭く不愉快になった。パートかも知れないが店長の教育が必要。コンプライアンスの「コ」の字も知らないおばさんにレジは無理。あのふてぶてしい態度は全てのお客様にマイナスイメージを与える。
 Correspondence of male salesclerk was very good! ️ But the correspondence of small fat woman clerk of cash register is the minimum ⤵️ There is no explanation of relief guarantee. Dealing with credit cards of unfriendly customers made me awfully irritated by the smell of tobacco. It may be a part, but the store manager's education is necessary. A lady who does not know the letter of compliance "Ko" can not checkout. That attitude gives all customers a negative image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どこの売り場でも、ケータイコーナーなど外から来ているスタッフさんも、皆さん愛想が良くて凄く好きです。なので尚更、店舗全体での雰囲気が良いのかなと勝手に思ってしまいます。近くに2店舗他に量販店ありますが、いつもケーズさんを選んでます。
At any sales floor, the staff who come from outside, such as the mobile phone corner, are all very friendly and I really like it. So even more, I wonder if the atmosphere of the entire store is good. There are 2 other mass retailers nearby, but I always choose K's.

対応のスタッフ塚本さんがとても親切丁寧に説明してもらえたので即引っ越しの手続きをしてもらいました。
機種変更とかなら何処のショップも気持ちよく
接客してくれますがグレードダウンするので
嫌な顔されて躊躇してたんですが
ケーズの人は親切だよって聞いたので
こちらで変更できて良かった。
他の家電も次回はこちら利用してみたいと思いました。
