★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店に比べても価格が高い。オープン価格の物に、会員限定価格といった表示で、市場価格より高い物をあたかも安いように見せた形の販売をしています。他の方も同じ印象を持っておられましたが、やはり接客が悪い。製品在庫を確認するにも担当者がいるのかいないのか、しばらく待たされた挙句「他のエディオンとは違っており、こちらでは扱いがない」という結論。購入するつもりで立ち寄ってみたのですが、この店舗を利用したく無くなりました。ショッピンモール内にあるので、乾電池や消耗品は100円ショップのセリアでいいんんじゃね、と。製品の知識も無く、カタログを見ろと言わんばかり。メーカーごとの違いを聞きたいので、エディオン店舗の人を探したが、結局メーカー派遣の人に任せているようでした。売り場は広いのですが、関連する商品が近くにない為、店内を行ったり来たり。サービスカウンターにも人がいないし、レジの人に聞いてもぶっきらぼうでたらい回し。面倒なのでフロアの社員を自分で探してという印象を持ちました。駐車場の券はレジで登録する必要があるので注意して下さい。レジ前でもたつくと、店員の方がイライラしてしまうので。閉店時間が近隣の家電量販店より遅いので、どうしても今日中に購入したい、購入する物は決まっていて在庫のある型でメーカー等問わない、といった方以外は他店をお勧めします。

I wanted to hear the differences between manufacturers, so I searched for a person at the EDION store, but in the end it seemed to leave it to the person dispatched by the manufacturer. The sales floor is large, but since there are no related products nearby, I go back and forth inside the store. There are no people at the service counter, and even if I ask the cashier, I'm crazy about it. It's a hassle, so I got the impression that I was looking for an employee on the floor myself. Please note that parking tickets must be registered at the cash register. If you flutter in front of the cash register, the clerk will get frustrated. The closing time is later than that of a nearby electronics retail store, so we recommend other stores unless you really want to buy it by the end of the day, or if you have a fixed inventory and you don't care about the manufacturer.

新規契約したいと言ったので私が代わりに説明しました。85歳のお父さんはうまく説明できないから手伝いました。どうしてお父さんは1人で来ないですか？怪しいです。と言われ、契約は断られました。
本人確認書類は全て持っているのに。
おすすめしません。
前のauショップに移動したら10分でUQの契約完了しました。
I went to EDION's UQ Mobile with my 85-year-old dad.
I said I wanted to sign a new contract, so I explained instead. My 85-year-old dad helped me because I couldn't explain it well. Why doesn't Dad come alone? I'm suspicious. The contract was declined.
I have all the identity verification documents.
Not recommended.
After moving to the previous au shop, the UQ contract was completed in 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度は普通に良いのではないかな。もちろん当たり外れあるとは思うが、嫌な気分になった記憶はない。Ｔポイントカードがたまっていたら安く買えるし、ショッピングモール内にあるのが便利です。向かい側にヤマダ電機にとっては迷惑極まりない存在なのは誰が見ても明らか。近くにケーズデンキもある。笑笑
