★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初回のカウンセリングで実施するテストから、今の自分の身体の状態を詳しく把握してくださり、それに対する的確な指導を受けました。確実に覚えてられなかった点は復習動画にて確認も出来、自宅でもアドバイス通りのトレーニングが出来ました。目から鱗のパーソナルジムです!
From the test conducted at the first counseling, he gave me a detailed understanding of my current physical condition and received accurate guidance on it. I was able to confirm the points I couldn't remember for sure in the review video, and I was able to train at home as advised. It's a personal gym with scales from the eyes!
