桧	桧埼水涼 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に「回らないお寿司は高いイメージがある」と言ったところ、安いところもあるよ！ということで連れられて行ってきました。基本的なものは1皿2カンで250円（税込み）その他に350円と500円のネタもあります。外観、店内とも綺麗とは言えませんが、お寿司は美味しいです。 10人座れるかどうかの、カウンターのみの小さいお店。ネタも大きく、大将もいい人で、常連になると下の名前やあだ名で呼んでいるのですが、初めての人にはそのあたりが逆に入りづらいかもしれません。あと、店内がとにかく狭いのに、喫煙OKなのはどうしても受け入れられません。ガラスケースに入っているとはいえ、完全にタバコの煙がシャットアウトされているとは思えませんでしたし。事実、本来は常に閉めてあるはずの厨房側の引き戸は取り外されているのか、ケースというより不完全なドームといった感じ。星を二つ減らしたのは、店内の衛生環境が満点とは言い難いところ、そして何よりタバコです。タバコに抵抗のない人は安くておいしいので行ってみてもいいんじゃないでしょうか。私は全席禁煙の回転寿司でいいかなぁと思いました。 When I told a friend, “Sushi that doesn't turn has a high image,” there are cheap places! Also, even though the inside of the store is small, smoking is not acceptable. Even though it was in a glass case, I didn't think the cigarette smoke was completely shut out. In fact, the kitchen-side sliding door, which should have always been closed, has been removed, or it looks like an incomplete dome rather than a case. The reason why we reduced the number of stars is that the hygienic environment in the store is not perfect, and above all, tobacco. If you don't resist cigarettes, it's cheap and delicious so you can go there. I thought it would be nice to have a non-smoking conveyor belt sushi.

ト	トヨナガユウジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寿司が好き、昭和な雰囲気が好き、少しの間（ま）を我慢出来る方々ならば最高の店かなと思います。初めて伺ったので常にその状態か知りませんが、マスター（大将）が1人で運営されていたので、当然ながら、連続での注文、速やかな提供は不可能です。まず、それを理解しないと評価は必然的に変わるでしょう。肝心の味、値段ですが、味は普通に美味しいです。値段について、寿司屋さんの中では、かなりコストパフォーマンスが高い部類に入ると思います。個人的な感想としては、店内は座席数が10席あるかどうか、3組〜4組が最大かと。それ以上だと、恐らく不満しか残らないと思います。（馴れている方々なら、察すると思いますが…） If you like sushi, like the Showa era atmosphere, and can put up with it for a while, I think it's the best restaurant. 亀	亀ちぁん（tabekamechan） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【2017.01再訪】十三のちょっぴりスケベな通りにある老舗寿司店で北摂麺次郎さんとちょい呑み。カウンターのみのこじんまりとしたお店。成熟した色気を感じるとっても昭和な佇まい。これまた色気のあるちょっぴりダンデーな大将が一人で切り盛りされてます(´ω`) さて乾杯。ここに来たらいつもこれ。 ●にごり酒 400yen ほのかな甘みと酸が旨し！しかしながら銘柄不明(汗) あて ■いわし煮付 350yen ■なまこ 500yen ■さば握り 250yen ・いわし味付けの甘辛さが丁度いい。脂の乗りも丁度良い。したがって旨い(^o^) ・なまこ自分にはちょいと柔らか過ぎた。もう少し硬い方が好みかな・・・さば握りトロとまではいかないものの、若干浅めの〆具合が素敵。少し人見知りな感じの大将だが、こちらの問いかけには気持ちよく答えてくれた。 1人でも来やすいお店・・また来よう。ごちそうさま。 [Revisited on 2017.01] A little drink with Hokusetsu Noodle Jiro at a long-established sushi restaurant on a slightly lascivious street in Juso.
