★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県営住宅に入居予定で証明書の確認を電話で確認しました。
女性の方が電話に出て課税証明書と納税証明書など準備して下さいと教えてもらいました。
市役所にて証明書を準備したのですが納税証明書と明記されてなかったので心配になり、住宅供給公社に確認の電話をしたのですが、私が準備したものじゃなく納税証明書を準備して下さいと言われたので再び市役所へ行き、その旨を話して用意したのですが、最初に準備したものと同じ物でした。
住宅供給公社へ行き、○○さんから説明され準備したのですが、こちらの証明書で間違えないですか？と聞きましたら間違えてなかったので、説明された方の知識不足のせいで2度も市役所へ行き2度同じ証明書をもらってしまいました。
謝りの電話すらないです

I prepared a certificate at the city hall, but I was worried because it was not specified as a tax payment certificate, so I called the Housing Supply Corporation for confirmation, but I prepared a tax payment certificate instead of the one I prepared. I was asked to do it, so I went to the city hall again and talked about it and prepared it, but it was the same as the one I prepared at the beginning.
I went to the Housing Supply Corporation and Mr. XX explained and prepared it. Is this certificate correct? I didn't make a mistake when I heard that, so I went to the city hall twice and got the same certificate twice because of the lack of knowledge of the person who explained it.
