「モダン焼き」は
普通のお好み焼き+焼きそば+卵焼きを
順に上に載せた作り方･･･腹に入れば一緒ッ！(笑)
※焼く人で味(食感)が多少変わります。
年配の方(週末)より若手の方(平日)のほうが
程よい柔らかさの焼き方をされる気がします。
