作業当日も丁寧な対応や詳しい説明もいただき、大変満足しています。
追記(星5→4)
エアコンのお掃除機能が故障しました。"お掃除機能は故障し易い"と知人から聞いていたので、故障自体は仕方がないことと思っています。
その後の対応も丁寧で、金銭的な損失もなかったですが、
担当された方の連絡や対応スピードが私にはやや？？と思うことがあったので、評価を変更しました。
