★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所のベーカリー、どこもバゲット売っていなかったので軽く検索して来てみたらスーパーBIGの中に入ってるベーカリーだったので失敗したかな？と思いつつダメ元でミニサイズのバゲットを買ってみたところ、普通においしかったので驚きました。ついつい止まらず車中で食べきってしまいました。
皮はかたさがありパリパリで、中はモチモチ噛みごたえがありモルトや小麦の善し悪しは私には分かりませんが、心地の良い香りがして基本に忠実なバゲットという感じでした。
毎日食べるならこういうのが良いですね。
ついでに購入したメープルラスクも美味しかったです。
I didn't sell baguettes at any of the bakeries in my neighborhood, so I searched lightly and found that it was a bakery in the supermarket BIG, so I wonder if it failed. When I bought a mini-sized baguette with no use, I was surprised because it was delicious. I just couldn't stop and ate in the car.
The skin was firm and crispy, and the inside was chewy, and I don't know if malt or wheat was good or bad, but it had a pleasant scent and was a baguette that was faithful to the basics.
If you eat every day, this is a good idea.
The maple rusks I bought were also delicious.
