y	yuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのJTBで現地オプショナルツアーを申し込み、キャンセル料およびキャンセル期間について電話したところ「本日でもツアー当日でもキャンセル料は同じ」という説明を受けました。しかし、実際は現地でのキャンセル料は100%かかりました。後日、電話担当されたスタッフに確認すると「ツアー当日も同額のキャンセル料といった説明はしてません。本日でも明日でもキャンセル料は同額という説明をしました」とこちらが聞き間違えたような言い方。まだ20代なので聞き間違えなどないですが。電話は録音もされておらず証拠もないため何とでもいえますよね。こう言ったやり取りは電話だとデタラメを言われることがあり、証拠も残らないためメールでのやり取りにした方が良いです。高い勉強代でした。 JTBは大手で信頼して申し込みましたが、値段が高いだけで対応はイマイチです。もう利用しません。 When I applied for a local optional tour at this JTB and called on the cancellation fee and cancellation period, I received the explanation that "the cancellation fee is the same for today and the day of the tour". ふ	ふくみか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しました。名古屋、品川と利用した事がありますが、あまりの対応の差に苛立ちました。どう見ても手の空いてるスタッフいるのだから、せめて一言あってもいいのでは無いでしょうか？ I used it for the first time.
