★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪駅にありみどりの窓口の隣にあり利便性は、とても良いのですが、店員さんの１人の対応が、めちゃくちゃ嫌な気分にさせられて、二度と行くになりませんでした。
It's located at Osaka Station, next to the Midori no Madoguchi, and it's very convenient, but the response of one of the clerk made me feel uncomfortable, so I never went there again.

Kind and polite, reservation required and no waiting time. Ventilation is thorough, so it gets a little cold. I can't let go of my jacket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響あると思うが、前に1人しかいないのに20分は待たせすぎ。事前の来店予約もできず、要件内容でカウンターを分けるとかの企業努力も見られない。いずれにせよ駅構内にあって、休日にチケット関連のカウンターが1つしか空いていないのは改善する気がないとしか思えなかった。
I think it's influenced by Corona, but I had to wait 20 minutes too much even though there was only one person before. It is not possible to make reservations for visits in advance, and there is no corporate effort to divide the counter according to the requirements. In any case, the fact that there was only one ticket-related counter open on holidays in the station yard seemed to have no intention of improving.

わからないけど、旅館に行ったら予約出来てませんでした。とりあえず、どこかに案内されて
泊まったけどあとでわかりましたが
値段も低い、しかも地下の場所で怒りがとまらなく
電話で問い合わせしたんですが、要らない割り箸が
送られてきた。信用出来ないから二度と日本旅行は
使いません。
