★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人が特急列車に乗るということで松本駅に一緒に来ましたが切符を友人がこちらで購入ということでみどりの窓口で購入しましたが親切な説明などをしてくれて電車でもいつも普通列車しか乗らず特急列車は数年振りって言ってた友人も切符の購入も凄い親切で特急に乗ってからも凄く快適に目的地まで行けたとの事です
費用の面からバスなども検討はしていたって事ですが友人がバスなんかにしないで特急にして良かったと言ってました
特急列車なら安全安心しかも快適で駅員さんも親切で「おもてなし」の言葉がピッタリと言って帰りもまた同じように帰ってくる予定です

I heard that I was considering buses etc. from the aspect of cost, but my friend said that it was good to make it a limited express instead of using a bus.
Limited express trains are safe, secure and comfortable, the station staff are kind, and the word "hospitality" is perfect, and we plan to return in the same way.
