改札の向かい、観光案内スペースの一角にあります。ブースはオートロックになっていて、普段は鍵がかかっています。事前にサイトで予約・決済しておけば、QRコードを読み込ませて入室できます。入室後も自動で施錠されます。皆さん気になるようで、外から覗かれたり、ドアを開けようとしたりするので、集中できません。中に入ると、Wi-FiのSSIDとパスワードが書かれたステッカーが貼ってあります。夜に利用したのですが、Fast.comで測定したところダウンロードは10Mbps程度で、Zoomでも若干音ずれや映像途切れが発生しました。一番の問題が空調で、まず椅子に座る時の邪魔になります。そして、作動時に結構大きな音がします。自分が発言するような会議ではとてもではないですが空調をつけていられません。次回使うかと言われたら微妙ですが、こういったスペースができたこと自体は評価したいと思います。

I used it at night, but when I measured it on Fast.com, the download was about 10 Mbps, and even with Zoom, there were some sound gaps and video breaks. The biggest problem is air conditioning, which gets in the way when you first sit in a chair. And there is a fairly loud noise when operating. I can't turn on the air conditioning, though not very much at meetings where I speak. It is delicate when asked if I will use it next time, but I would like to evaluate the fact that such a space was created.
