Y	Y Bvc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構えがとても可愛いので、それにつられて何度か購入しました。お菓子は好みによるけど、全体的に甘すぎるかな？(もちろん全てを食べた訳じゃないので物によるかも。) 他の人も指摘しているとおり接客に難あり。一見丁寧なんだけど、冷たい。数種類のお菓子買って、2000円弱のお会計。最後に領収書もらう寸前で、10%オフクーポン持ってたのを思い出して申し出たら『会計前なら使えた』と。今まだ会計中じゃない？って思って『今ですよね？』と言ったけど受け付けてもらえず。値引き額200円弱の少額だから別にいいけど、クーポン持ってたのに失敗したなぁって残念な気持ちになってケーキ食べても美味しくないよね、ってことを分かってない。他に待ってるお客さんもいないし、たった今やった会計キャンセル処理して打ち直すくらい、バイトでもできるだろうし、ホスピタリティーの低いお店だと思いました。これまでも、コロナ対策で外でお客さんが何組も待ってるのに会計終わったお客さんと長々お喋りしていたり、ちょっとなぁと思うことがあったから、今回のが決定打という印象。 3月まで使えるクーポンだけど、また行きたいって気持ちはなくなりました。残念です。ちなみ、2020年のクリスマスケーキは中のムースにピスタチオとラズベリーの香りがアンマッチでした。フレーズショコラはストロベリーの甘いムースで、下にイチゴジャムみたいな粘度の高いソースが入っていて甘過ぎました。総じて、見た目重視で、味や接客は二の次なお店。 The store is very cute, so I bought it several times.
