客の前で、従業員を呼び捨てで呼ぶし。
鍵受け渡しも、いついつ行くっていうてるのに、ちゃんと準備してない。
電話での対応も、こっちをバカにしたように鼻で笑って対応された。
めっちゃ腹立つし、接客の基礎を１からやりなおした方がいいと思う。
