キ	キンカチョウ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長ﾕｳｲﾁﾛｳが社会人としての常識がなさすぎる。内見に行っても、部屋の特徴や長所・短所の説明もない。現地解散後、物件前に営業車駐車していつまでも車内でスマホ。お願いした賃貸オーナーへの交渉も、連絡さえせずに却下。契約後、再度内見希望のためtel来店予約して、来店したが、挨拶もなく「何しに来たんですか？」と。社員間の情報共有がない。ひどい接客。契約決定後は客扱いもしないのか。店長ﾕｳｲﾁﾛｳがこれほど常識がないなら、以下社員も同等。こんな人を店長にする会社の質も疑わしい。 The store manager, Uichirou, has too little common sense as a member of society. If the store manager, Wichirou, doesn't have such common sense, the following employees are the same. The quality of the company that makes such a person the store manager is also doubtful.
ひ	ひかりんごひかりんご on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住居を探す必要になり、JR高槻駅周辺を歩いていた所、スモッティさんの店舗に貼られている物件写真が目に止まり、話しを聞きたくて立ち寄りました。この物件の話しを聞いた所、似た様な物件もあると、何件か紹介しても下さりました。その中で気に入った所を3件位内覧させてもらいました。最終的に私が写真を見てた物件に決めたのですが、他の物件を提示してくれた事でその物件に決める事ができました。担当者のT中さんには、私の意図をわかってくれて物件を探してくれた事にとても満足しています。また、何かあったらお願いしたいです。ありがとうございました（╹◡╹） I had to find a place to live, and when I was walking around JR Takatsuki Station, I noticed a photo of the property posted on Mr. Smotti's store and stopped by to hear the story. When I heard about this property, he introduced me to some similar properties. I was allowed to preview about 3 of the places I liked. In the end, I decided on the property I saw in the photo, but I was able to decide on that property by showing me another property. Mr. Tanaka, the person in charge, is very happy that he understood my intention and searched for the property. Also, I would like to ask if something happens. Thank you (╹◡╹)
