★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊丹街道沿いにある浄行寺（浄土真宗本願寺派、山号は正光山（しょうこうざん））は、走井の杉原利兵衛が天台宗寺院（山号は祐信山（ゆうしんざん））として創建したと伝えられます。そして室町時代前半に、楠木正成の孫正秀（法名は浄信）が本願寺存如（ざんにょ）に帰依し、浄土真宗寺院として中興した後、寺名を浄行寺と改めたといわれます。
応永6年（1399）に楠木正成は杉原氏を頼って走井に来たようですが、その経緯については２説あります。１つは、元中9年（明徳３・1392）に正秀の居城であった河内国金剛山城（千早城・千早赤阪村）が畠山基国（はたやまもとくに）率いる室町幕府軍によって落され、正秀は大和国（奈良県）十津川に隠れました。
その後、応永6年に父祖の冥福を祈るため当地に来たとのことです。もう一つの説では、金剛山落城後、応永6年に起こった将軍足利義満と周防国（山口県）守護大内義弘の合戦（応永の乱）の際に正秀は大内軍に従軍しましたが、大内氏が敗戦し当地の杉原氏を願ってきたとのことです。
江戸時代の著名な浄瑠璃作品「お染・久松」は油問屋お染と丁稚久松の悲恋物語ですが、久松は当寺出身の実在した人物といわれています。

In 1399, Masanori Kashiwagi relied on Mr. Sugihara to come to Runi, but there are two theories. One is the Muromachi Shogunate army headed by Motomachi Motomachi (in particular, Hayama) led by Kawauchi Kunigayama Castle (Chihaya Castle and Chihaya Akasaka Village), which was Masahide's residence in the middle of the 9th year (Meijin 1392) , Masahide hid in Totsugawa, Yamato country (Nara Prefecture).
After that, he came here in 6 years to pray for his father's happiness. According to another theory, Masahide joined the Great Army during the battle between Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu and Suo Kuni (Yamaguchi Prefecture) guardian Ouchi Yoshihiro (Oonaga Rebellion) that took place in 6th year after the fall of Kongo. However, Mr. Ouchi was defeated and he wished for Mr. Sugihara.
The famous Joruri work in the Edo period, “Osen / Himatsu” is a story of the tragic love between the oil wholesaler Ozen and Chokikukyumatsu. Hisamatsu is said to be a real person from Todera.
