★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧南刀根山村にある梅林寺(曹洞宗大広寺末、山号は王宝山)は、元禄５年(1692)の桜井谷６か村の寺社吟味帳によると、元亀３年(1572)に玉室洞琳（ぎょくしつどうりん）が開基となって建立したとあります。その後文政13年(1830)、麻田藩家老斉藤氏の助力を得て、寛明を開山に、曹洞宗寺院として再建されました。寺内には武蔵岡部藩安部氏の代官速水治左衛門の墓、昭和の歌人野村泊月の墓や句碑があります。
 The Bairinji temple in the former Minami Toneyama village (the end of the Soto sect Daikoji Temple, the mountain number is Wang Baoshan) is a ball in the 15th year of Motokame (1572), according to the shrine of the 6th Sakurai Valley in 1592. It is said that the Muro Totsurin was built as an open foundation. After that, in 1830, with the help of Mr. Asada Saito, Mr. Asada Yuya, it was reconstructed as a Soto Buddhism temple with the opening of Kanmei. In the temple are the graves of Daikan Hayami Osamu Saebu of Musashi Okabe Masubebe, and the graves and monuments of the Torahige Nomura Tomuratsu of the Showa era.
