唐揚げってメーカーや店によっては衣でボリュームのかさ増し(誤魔化し)をするけど、鳥静さんのは衣を最小限にしてて、肉のジューシーさをダイレクトに味わえる印象があります。

『火曜日が店休日』との事ですが、『木曜日のみ14時閉店』と店内の張り紙に記載されてるので要注意！
