★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても景色がよく長い滑り台もある反面2020.8現在、遊具は使えません。老朽化により9割が使用中止ですので、子連れで行く場合には確認してからをお勧めします。
景色はとても良いです。
てっぺんまでは駐車場から5分ほど上り続けるので、足腰が弱い人は気をつけてください。
 The scenery is very nice and there are long slides, but as of 2020.8, playground equipment cannot be used. 90% of the products are no longer used due to aging, so it is recommended to check before traveling with children.
The view is very good.
It will continue to climb from the parking lot to the top for about 5 minutes, so please be careful if you have weak legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四季折々の樹木の色や、長野市内から須坂方面の眺望が楽しめる手入れの行き届いた公園です。
トイレや簡単な遊具も整備されており、芝生にシートを敷いてランチを楽しんだり、眺望を楽しみながら設置されたテーブルで持ち込んだコーヒーを楽しむこともできます。
駐車場から展望公園まで、坂を上る楽しみもありますが、高齢者や徒歩が難しい方は、管理事務所に許可を得て、展望公園まで車で上がることも可能です。
最近は、この場所から、コロナ禍の早期終息、医療従事者の方々への感謝、千曲川災害復興などの願いを込めた花火が打ち上げられています。

Recently, fireworks have been launched from this place with wishes such as the early end of the corona disaster, gratitude to medical professionals, and reconstruction from the Chikuma River disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地附山地滑りの災害後に建てられた公園です。
高低差と傾斜があるので、ボール遊びには向かないと私は思いますが、長いローラー滑り台や木製の遊具も多数あって楽しいところです。
トイレも駐車スペース付近と遊具付近の二ヶ所あるので、助かります。
何より高い場所にあるので、見晴らしが良くて気持ち良いです。春の時期は桜が咲き、夏は新緑がきれいです。
開園時間と時期（冬季は閉鎖）が限られているので、注意して下さい。

I think it's not good for playing balls because of the height difference and inclination, but there are many long roller slides and wooden playground equipment and it's a fun place.
There are two toilets, one near the parking space and the other near the playground equipment.
Because it is in a higher place than anything, the view is nice and pleasant. Cherry blossoms bloom during spring and fresh greens are beautiful in summer.
Please note that opening hours and times (closed in winter) are limited.

公園全体が散策コースの様なつくりになっていて、随所に長い滑り台やアスレチックがたくさん有ります。
山の割と高いところにあるので景色もとても綺麗です。
解放時間は8:30〜16:30(6〜8月は8:30〜18:30)です。
□遊具・アスレチック
長い滑り台が合計4つ有り、木々の間などを滑り抜ける設計になっていて、子供は大喜びです。
大きめの複合遊具も有ります。
また、木製の身体を使って遊ぶアスレチックがいくつも有り、子供が思い切り身体を動かせます。
□トイレ
公園の入り口と奥で計2つのトイレがあり、両方多目的トイレも有ります。
写真の様に、トイレは清掃が行き届いていて、とても清潔感が有ります。
□駐車場
第1〜第4まで結構な代数が停められます。
アスファルトの駐車場と、砂利の駐車場が有ります。
□他施設
展望台が有ります。長野市内が一望できますよ。
この公園から、トレッキングコースが繋がっていて、そんなに長くはないのに、稜線を歩く場所も有り、軽い散策にオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月20日に行きました。紅葉は終わりかけでしたがとても綺麗な公園でした。人はそれほど多くなく穴場的スポットです。
善光寺からそれほど距離はありませんが、勾配がめちゃめちゃ急(MAX18%)なので歩きだとけっこう大変です?
公園内もめっちゃ坂ありますので歩きやすい靴で行ったほうがいいです。滑り台がありますがノーブレーキだとそこそこスピード出ます。
11月24日から3月31日まではゲートが閉鎖されて入れなくなるようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高台にある、この公園は自然豊かで、小さな子供たちや親子で楽しめる長いローラー滑り台、丈の低いアスレチックなど親の目が届くであろう遊具、芝生広場などが整備されています。
自然災害は怖いですが、こうして人工的に安全に整備された公園で子供たちが思いきり駆け回るのを見ると、楽しい気持ちになりますね。
東屋とテラスの二つの展望台もあり長野市街地がはっきり見ることができます。
桜から紅葉の季節まで楽しめますが、冬季間は閉園されているそうなので、気になった方は１１月２３日までにどうぞ足を運んでみて下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can enjoy the beautiful view of Nagano City from the kids’ park. There are some sliders on the way to the kids’ park from the car parking. You can use them when you go back to the parking! Toilets there are clean. I found two vending machines there.
