★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他社製のフレームにレンズを入れて頂こうと利用しました。
週末だったせいか店内は割と混んでいて、そのせいか店員さんは皆忙しそうでした。
こちらがレンズで悩んでいると
「よろしいですか？」
と早くして欲しそうな態度でした。
他の店員さんもセカセカとして気のない接客で、忙しいのかもしれませんが正直あまり良い気持ちではなかったです。
結局慌ててレンズを決めたせいか今ひとつ合わず、他店舗にて入れ直して頂く事にしました。
そちらの店舗はとても気持ちよく対応して下さり、同じJINSでも対応が異なる事を認識させられました。
忙しくて偶然だったと思いたいところですが、気分的には今後他の店舗を利用させて頂こうと考えています。

The store was rather crowded probably because it was a weekend, and all the staff seemed to be busy.

It was an attitude that I wanted to be quick.
The other clerk was also a casual customer, and I may be busy, but honestly, I didn't feel very good.
In the end, maybe because I decided on the lens in a hurry, it didn't fit well, so I decided to reinsert it at another store.
The store there was very comfortable and made me realize that the same JINS has different support.
I'd like to think that it was a coincidence because I was busy, but I feel like I'm thinking of using another store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに眼鏡を作りに行って来ました、コロナの割には店内はけっこう混んでいてびっくりしました、店員さんは皆笑顔で接客していました、あととても親切な説明をして下さいました、お会計までにはちょっと時間は掛かりましたが、とても感じのいい店舗でした。
I went to make eyeglasses for the first time in a long time, I was surprised that the store was quite crowded for Corona, all the staff were smiling and serving customers, and they gave me a very kind explanation. It took a while to make the payment, but it was a very nice store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客は問題ないです、丁寧で良い人が多いと思います。
ただ、順番待ちや受け取りの時に名前を呼ぶ声が聞こえません。
座って待つ場所も2人分しかないので、他のお客様の邪魔にならないようにと端で待っていると名前を呼んでいる声がほとんど聞き取れず（今呼ばれたのは私かな…？）となります。
ですので店員さんたちがもう少し声を張っていただけるとこちらとしても助かります。
There is no problem with customer service, I think there are many polite and good people.
However, I can't hear the voice calling my name when waiting in line or receiving.
Since there are only two places to sit and wait, I can hardly hear the voice calling the name when waiting at the end so as not to disturb other customers (I wonder if I was called now ...?) It will be.
Therefore, it would be helpful if the clerk could speak out a little more.
