あるものを購入しましたが 入荷待ちのものが後から届くものがあり、まってました。 その事でなのかある日電話が来て、その時出られず折り返しの電話をしました。確認に2〜3分電話つながったまま待っており、買うときに担当してもらった人に変わってこの後大丈夫ですか?折り返ししますということでその日待ってましたが連絡はなく。 4日後になっても連絡が来ずこちらから電話すると男性の店員がでて。また確認のために繋がったまま。電話代かけて何度も電話するのもなと思いました。 待ってからしばらくし、納期、発送が遅延して遅くなるというような内容でした。電話してきたということはそれを伝えたかったわけだから それならそれだけ教えてくれればいいのに 伝票にも書いてあるとか説明したと思うんですがとか、、こちらの確認が不足だったとしても、、待った上に喧嘩売るような態度にどうなのかなと思いました。 他の方が遠回しな伝え方、納品出来る時期等、言い訳がましくと書いていたのをみて同感だと思いました。しばらく行くことはないと思います。

毎回小言のように言い訳する店員さんがいて不快です。 前回も商品購入した際、対応していただいた店員さんが同じだったので口コミ書かせていただきました。 今回は電球の事を聞いたら即ホームセンターで買うよう言われました。 こちらで購入した照明の電球なのにお調べしますの一言もなしにうちじゃ買えません。と突き放す言い方。 遠回しな伝え方、納品出来る時期等、言い訳がましくunicoの物を売る態度に思えません。 せめて店の価値を守るため言葉遣いは最低限努めるべきではないでしょうか。 前回も今回も他に私達以外お客様もいなく対応出来る状況でしたし、話しっかり聞いた上で調べて教えてくれたらこんな不快な思いしません。 私達が聞いたら調べてくれると言った形で嫌な気持ちになりました。 unicoが好きで最寄り店舗があり喜んでましたが次から別店舗で購入するようにします。 他の店員さんは良い方もいますし、物はとても好きですが星1にさせていただきます。
