なかなか決められず、3度足を運び、他のブランドも見に行きましたが、担当して下さった神崎さんがとても丁寧で品のある接客をして下さったのでここにしようと決めました。
また、アフターサービスの充実さや、ダイヤや指輪への拘りも感じられる国内ブランドであることも決め手でした。
最後まで笑顔で接客して下さり、納得のいく指輪と出会えました‼︎
出来上がった指輪を受け取りにくるのが楽しみです。
またクリーニング等でお世話になりたいです。

結婚指輪を2人で検討しに行きました。
以前と変わらず三代川さんの丁寧で親切な接客で、素敵な指輪を紹介していただきました。
他のお店でもいろいろと指輪を見て検討したのですが、最終的にデザインと接客の良さでアイプリモで購入することに決めました。
婚約指輪から結婚指輪まで本当にお世話になりました！

ダイヤモンドの種類から始まり、ひとつずつ非常に丁寧にご説明いただきました。
予算に合った提案は勿論、どのようなシチュエーションでプロポーズするか、相手はどのような人か等のカウンセリングもあり、単なる指輪購入のためだけのやり取りではなく、客側の目線に立った接客が好印象でした。
他店も比較検討しましたが結局、閉店間際にもう一度来店し指輪購入に至りました。
指輪にこめられた一つひとつの意味を伝え、プロポーズを成功させたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
