スタイリストの人は良かったのですが、アシスタントの男性が最悪でした。その人には二回髪を洗って貰いましたが、終始他のスタッフと顔を見合わせてクスクスと笑われました。近くを他のスタッフが通ると、そのスタッフと目が合う度に笑われて最悪な気分でした。気持ち悪い雰囲気でした。二度と行きません。
The stylists were good, but the assistant men were the worst. He asked her to wash her hair twice, but she looked up with other staff members and laughed at her. When other staff passed by nearby, I was laughed every time I met my eyes and felt the worst. It was a bad atmosphere. I won't go again.

先日行かさせていただきました。 率直に言って接客、技術全てにおいて過去最低クラスです。 カウンセリングの時長さはあまり変えたくないと伝えたら、担当の方「わかりました。あと量を少し減らしましょう」と言いました。 ホットペッパーを見ると担当の方は歴10年でした。10年もの歴があるなら心配ないと思っていました。カット中は終始無愛想、無言カットが終わり鏡で後ろを見せられてる後ろの長さバラバラ刈り幅もバラバラ、梳かなくていいと言ったのにスカスカになるまで梳かれ長さもかなり変えられました、正直シルエットも綺麗とは言えません。それを言おうとしたら無愛想に「素敵になりましたね。スタイリング剤で仕上げますね。」とつけられ言い出せない状況を作られました。会計に行くと7020円。え、これで7020円とかどんなボッタクリだよ。ってなります。こんなにも接客も技術も底辺な美容室は初めです。これからもこれを下回る美容室は出会わない気がします。本当に最悪です。 技術がなくても美容室に10年間働いていれば自動的に歴10年になりますね。中身のない歴10年でした。髪が伸びるまでこの髪型でいないといけないのは本当に厳しいものがあります。皆さんも歴には騙されないでくださいこのスタイリストのように歴はあるけど技術が伴っていないという形もあります。口コミなどの生のお客さんの感想などを見てから行ったほうがいいです。

グラデーションカラーが得意ということで、先日、初めて利用させていただきました。原宿の美容院にいくのは初めてで、お店の雰囲気もスタッフの皆さんの雰囲気もとてもお洒落で緊張していましたが、優しく声をかけて下さり、リラックスできました!グラデーションも色落ちしてもとても綺麗で気に入っています!ここにお願いして良かったです!またよろしくお願いします。

The worst salon I have ever visited. The colourist Mr.A told me to pick the hair colour from his Instagram, but finished look was way too far from what I expected. He even did not ask me if the colour is alright. I wasted time and money, also my hair got damaged. I am probably not the first. I personally wrote him on Instagram, and his attitude was completely childish. He did not ask me to come and fix the colour, he just told me he tried his best and it is impossible to make the colour which I asked in one day because he did not want to tell his boss about the claim. He is not professional, just a kid who is playing colorist roll. I highly recommend you to go to other salon. トップカラーリストと名乗るAさんに史上最悪の施術をされました。彼のInstagramからどの色がいいか選んでくださいと言われたので、バレイヤージュでカラーはホワイトベージュ、筋感強めのスタイルを選びましたが、色はハイトーンでもなく、3回もブリーチした髪なのにオレンジ、筋感も全くなしの写真と似ても似つかない仕上がりになりました。失敗したのがご自分でもわかったのか、仕上がりの色の確認もせず帰されました。 その後Instagramで個人的にDMをしたのですが、他店の履歴のせいや太陽光のせいにして、お店にバレたくない一心で見苦しい言い訳の数々。挙句の果てには、僕はベストを尽くしましたし、1日で希望のカラーにするのは無理です。これ以上明るくできません。などと逆ギレ。 普通の美容師さんならやり直すのでもう一度足を運んでいただけますか?という対応をしてくださいますが、こちらが返金してくださいとお願いしてやっと、返金はできません。修正ならしますのでお店に来てください。と提案されました。これ以上できないとはっきり仰った方に何を修正してもらうのでしょうか?技術も対応もプロではなく、お遊びの子どもでとても不愉快でした。美容室に行って嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。もう二度と行きません。

最っ高! バレイヤージュ初体験でしたが、想像以上の仕上がりでした。 サロンの雰囲気自体もいいです。
