★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯用の小バッグを最初に買ったものがあまりにも使い勝手がいいので、二個目をもとめたところ、上部のホックが滑らかにはずれず、携帯が鳴ったところで出られない状態がつづきました。たまりかねて買った店矢尾に持っていったところ、店員さんがサックではなく鞄屋さんに持って行きロウをぬって、これでと返されました。が、納得できずサックにこちらから電話をするからと言ったところ、店員さんがサックに持って行きますとの事でお任せをしました。でも、部品がないやら製造中止やらなしのつぶてでした。こちらは不良品を買ったのにもかかわらず、店員さんからこれだけ誠意を持ってやったんだからお汲み取り下さいと言って返されました。結局不良品を使う羽目になりました。最初に買った携帯バッグがいいだけに残念です。

However, it was a crush without parts or discontinuation of production. Even though I bought a defective product, the clerk told me to pick it up because I did it with such sincerity. I ended up using defective products. It's a shame because the first mobile bag I bought is good.
