お	おだ天狗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 守山城(もりやまじょう)は室町時代、将軍足利義政の実弟・政知（堀越公方）が築城したと思われ、山麓にある堀越御所の詰め城と思われる。延徳３年（1491）、政知病没後に跡を継いだ茶々丸は、継母、義弟、重臣らを殺害し混乱状態となった。そこで、興国寺城の北条早雲が伊豆侵攻を企て、堀越御所を攻めた。その際、茶々丸は守山城に籠ったが、山麓の願成就院で自刃したといわれる。 Moriyama Castle is believed to have been built by Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimasa's younger brother, Masatomo (Horikoshi Kubo) during the Muromachi period, and is believed to be the stuffed castle of Horigoe Gosho at the foot of the mountain.
