頼りにしている病院です。 規模が大きいので診察はそれなりに待つこともあります。が、会計を含めた各科の連携がとてもスムーズです。 複数の科にかかったり、検査が複数あるときでも、受付票ですべて確認できるようで、迷うことがありません。お会計もあっという間です。 入口を入ってすぐに総合案内があるのも助かっています。患者さんの導線がよく考えられているんだと思います。
It is a hospital that I rely on. Due to the large scale, the medical examination may wait for a while. However, the cooperation of each department including accounting is very smooth. Even if you have multiple departments or have multiple tests, you can check them all on the reception slip, so you won't get lost. Checkout is quick. It is also helpful to have a general guide immediately after entering the entrance. I think the patient's conductors are well thought out.

骨折して8A病棟に入院してからあと少しで1年になります。 T医師、看護師さん、リハビリ担当のYさんはじめ多くの方にお世話になりました。 付属で看護学校があるからか看護師さんのホスピタリティがとても高いです。 はじめにお世話になった救急の先生方もとても優しかったです。 コロナ渦で大変だと思いますが頑張ってください! 何かあればまたお世話になりたいと思える素晴らしい病院でした。 少し残念だったことは朝食のおかずで白米を食べるのは至難の業ですw

3/29、15:50に胃腸炎の相談で電話した時に出た方はどなたですか? かかりつけ医がいない為、紹介状無しの受診は出来るか聞きましたが、無い場合は診察に時間がかかるのと5,000円の手数料(?)がかかるのは釈然としないながらもまだ理解出来ます。 ですが、胃腸炎の症状が2週間近く続いている旨を伝えたら『そのくらいは普通だと思いますけどね』とのたまわれました。 この電話対応の方は消化器の専門医ですか? メディカルセンターでは腹部の疝痛や食事をまともにとれないのが2週間続くのが普通と診断されるのでしょうか? 以前救急外来や入院時には大変良くして頂いたのに、今後は恐ろしくて受診が憚られます。

内科医全般や一階の総合窓口はとても良い。外来看護師は無難に良い。 代表電話交換手と予約受付はかなり冷たく、嫌々仕事をしているのがダイレクトに伝わって来るのでキツイ。メンタルに来る。 血液検査の採血するオバサンは最低最悪。患者全員シネとでも思ってるのか。こんなに態度悪い技師に会ったのは初めて。メンタルに来る。 せっかく医師が良くても、他スタッフ達に難がありすぎるので、通うのは辛いし家族や友人にも勧めたくない病院。

医師は知見、コミュニケーション共にレベルが高い。看護士さんも丁寧。受付も丁寧な人が多い。 ただ、会計担当で事務処理だけ迅速にすれば良い、患者の疑問なんか知ったこっちゃないって感じの対応をする人もいる(全員ではない)。 とても嫌な気持ちになった。自分の常識で物事を考えるなよ。お前は所見で全て理解できるのかよ、って感じました。 患者が来るのは医師の腕が良いとか、設備が整っているからで、あなたが良いからではないということを自覚してもらいたい。次もしこういうことがあれば、今度は本人に指摘します。 機械化をもっと進めてそういう人がいなくなれば良いなと感じた。

I felt that it would be good if we could further promote mechanization and eliminate such people.

Avoid at all costs. Doctors do not listen to patients, make fun of patients in their presence, and order unnecessary dangerous tests.

Made an appointment, waited three weeks for it. Took half a day of for it which wasn't enough. Took the whole day. Can't recommend.
