★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を一度お願いしましたが故障も何もないのに40万と法外価格。(8ナンバー放送宣伝だから大掛かりな放送設備付けなければとの事。しかし、私の車両は大掛かりな設備を付けなくても良い時代取得の8ナンバーですので不必要。今現在、大掛かりな設備を付けずに普通に車検通ってます。当時は勉強不足でした。)
また、エアサスを入れてもらいましたがすぐ壊れました。何度直しても金だけ減り、八王子の某老舗四駆ショップで直しましたがプロショップがやったの？？配線がめちゃくちゃとのこと。
いい勉強になりました。足元見るショップですので気を付けましょう。

結局「分解して配線を全て見たが、問題はなさそう。新品部品がないので対応難しい。原因解明はできなかったがとりあえずエアコンの空気が出るようになった」とのことで、8万円かかりました。
当時はエアコンが掛かるようになって良かった…と思って支払いましたが、一度吹出口を切り替えるとすぐに症状が再発。
あれ…Y30専門店を名乗っていましたよね…？
整備はY30に詳しい整備工場に依頼したとの事ですが、非常に胡散臭いです。料金も足下見られます。
大阪のガレージマーズさんまで持って行って見てもらった方が安く、そして確実に直ると思います。
(追記:見積をしたところ、5万円〜でした。それならマーズですよね。)
お店の態度は悪くありません。
もう二度とジャッツに見てもらうことはないですね…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪い！ジャッツ横浜町田店でキューブz12を購入。契約後の整備している時にフォグのHIDが切れているといい、ハロゲンに変更。1か月後にフォグが発火。それに続いてヘッドライトもHIDのバラスト不安定による点滅が起こったため、問い合わせをしたが、普通に工賃を含めて6万ほど自腹を切るハメになった。しかも、ボンネット開ければ配線ぐちゃぐちゃだし、マフラーがやたら低い位置につけられていて異音を放っていた。
湘南茅ヶ崎店に来てからその話をしたが、何もしてくれず。前から気にはしていたが電話対応が非常に悪い。
