希望は幾つもあったのだけど、大きなものは以下の４点。
・既存の床暖房パネルを生かしたフローリング貼替
・国産キッチンにエレクトロラックス製の大型食洗機を入れる
・既存のディスポーザを外す
・一部部材の施主支給をする
いざ打ち合わせを始めてみると、ダメ出しばかり…
希望する間取り・設備を実現させるためのリフォームなのに
「漏水のリスクが高い」「キッチンメーカーの保証が得られない」
「管理会社も止めたほうがいいと言っている」etc…
施主支給については「うちも商売でやってるんだからそれは困る」と。
面倒な客で手に負えないと思ったのでしょう。
先方から降りると伝えてきた。
降りて頂いて正解でした。
その後良い業者に当たり、全て希望を叶えて頂きました｡
