Staff were friendly and tried to speak English which wasnt necessary but still nice! :D
It's cooked infront of you so you don't have to worry about making it yourself.
For 2 Osaka style okonomiyaki, 2 beers, cheesy potatoes with butter and 2 bowls of kimchi it was ￥4000 between 2 people so it's very affordable!
Ate before I could take any pics sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandered in with my wife. I was very VERY skeptical about the noodles. The whole experience was delightful. They(the noodles) add a very nice texture. The flavor was great. I recommend adding the kimchi. The service was courteous and efficient. Very clean spot. I loved this okonomiyaki!

Bad experience. I am vegetarian and I have been welcomed from a manager and being told that they can accommodate my needs. When we were ready for order, we asked to the manager if we could order, and after 10 minutes nobody showed up.
In the meantime local people that came in after us being served immediately.
We were almost leaving when the chef in front of us decided it was time to take the order.
They don't speak English so it has been difficult to explain to the chef that we don't eat fish and meat.
Despite of other okonomiyaki restaurant, they only came up with plain okonomiyaki and we had to pay the same as if we ordered the meat one.
The staff put very little effort in order to accommodate us.
We also felt that we have not been treated like the local people have been.
Next time just don't let people like us eat at your restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and much better taste than the okonomiyaki place down the street. The other place also was overpriced compared to this one.
This one is down a less traveled street and doesn't seem to have many foreigners going in and out of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy place. The staff is mildly friendly but the food is amazing. We were 4 and we tried 4 different okonomiyakis. We also recommend the oysters! Definitely a place to return!

Not sure about the other reviews on the bad service, but we enjoyed good hospitality, and everyone was friendly enough - although there was a slight language-barrier. I would recommend this place to try out, as it offers a good typical Japanese dining experience (Eg. Cosy, smoky, upstairs etc).
