でげさんにお邪魔して、美味しくてちょっとハマりそうです(笑)
渋谷から代々木方面に少し歩き、
喧騒の先に佇む広島お好み焼きのお店。
広島出身の店長さんが作るお好み焼きと鉄板焼きをビールとレモンサワーでがっつりいただきました！
まず、伝えたいのが鉄板焼きのお店ってカウンターがやっぱりいいですよね。
が、このお店はテーブル席へのサービスも素敵なんですよね。
お好み焼き焼きが移動式の鉄板で運ばれてくるんです！
テーブルでも熱々のお好み焼きが楽しめます！
そして、店長さんはじめ皆さんがとても親しみやすく明るい！(笑)
おひとりのお客さまもいらっしゃっていて
仕事帰りにここに寄りたくなるんだろうな〜。
もちろんお料理も美味しくて、
お好み焼きはおすすめのでげ焼きを。
見た目のインパクト大！！ネギだく卵最高です。
ボリュームもすごいんですが、
食べると所々、大葉の香りが広がってコッテリなのにさっぱりいただける感じがとても好きでした！(笑)
他にも、広島の名物がんす焼きやホタテバター、
そして広島と言えばカキ！牡蠣バター最高でした〜。
個人的に結構ツボだったのは広島菜漬け。
広島菜が分かってないけど、お酒のつまみに最高でした。
鉄板焼きの要素と広島の要素を丸ごといただいた感じ！！
そんなに飲む気無かったのにビールが進む素敵なお店でした〜。
ごちそうさまでした。

We had okonomiyaki and teppanyaki made by the manager from Hiroshima with beer and lemon sour!
First of all, I would like to tell you that the teppanyaki restaurant has a nice counter.
However, this shop also has a nice service to table seats.
Okonomiyaki is carried on a mobile iron plate!
You can enjoy hot okonomiyaki at the table!
And everyone, including the store manager, is very friendly and cheerful! (Lol)

Of course the food is delicious
Okonomiyaki is recommended.
Great visual impact! !! The green onion egg is the best.
The volume is amazing, but
When I ate it, the scent of the perilla spreads in places, and I really liked the feeling that it was refreshing even though it was savory! (Lol)
Besides, Hiroshima's famous gansu-yaki and scallop butter,
And speaking of Hiroshima, oysters! The oyster butter was the best!
Personally, the key point was pickled Hiroshima vegetables.
I don't know Hiroshima greens, but it was the best snack for sake.
It feels like you got the whole elements of teppanyaki and Hiroshima! !!
It was a nice shop where beer goes on even though I didn't feel like drinking so much.

渋谷から少し歩くこちらですが、周りの雰囲気はとても良い感じです！
まずはレモンサワーで乾杯！
まずはシーザーサラダ、ベーコンが厚切りで食べ応え抜群！シーザーサラダはやっぱりすきだなー♪
子持ちこんにゃくの刺身、こちらはプチプチした食感がクセになる。酒好きには最高のおつまみですね。
広島菜のキムチも旨い！広島料理行くと必ずこのキムチは頂きます！
そして、牛すじはトロトロでとても美味しい！ここの牛すじは今までの牛すじで1番好きかも(^^)
鉄板焼きの醍醐味のホタテと牡蠣の海鮮系！鉄板焼きで1番楽しみなのは海鮮で、ホタテと牡蠣の組み合わせ最高！
そして待ってました、ボリュームマックスのお好み焼き！ネギがたっぷりでとても満足！中に入ってる大葉がとても良いアクセントで、とても大きいんだけどペロリと食べてしまいました。
テーブル席ですが、鉄板で持ってきてくれるのが嬉しいですね！
雰囲気もとてもよく、行きつけにしたいお店でした！
またお好み焼き食べに来たいと思います！！

And the beef tendon is very delicious! The beef tendon here may be my favorite beef tendon so far (^^)
The best part of teppanyaki is scallops and seafood oysters! The most fun thing about teppanyaki is seafood, which is the best combination of scallops and oysters!
And I've been waiting for you, Volume Max Okonomiyaki! Very satisfied with plenty of green onions! The perilla inside is a very nice accent, and although it is very big, I ate it.
It's a table seat, but I'm glad you bring it with an iron plate!

豚玉880円、ランチタイムはお味噌もつきます。マヨネーズがセルフなのもありがたいです。マヨネーズが出しっぱなしでないのも好感持てました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki. I tried raclette cheese one and it was soooo tasty. Ordering drinks is not necessary. I didn’t see any English menu; however they show you the menu with photos, so you can order from the photo:) Staff is helpful too.
